Salve a tutto il forum!!!
Dopo aver installato l'ultimo firmware del Lifebook in oggetto
il portatile non si è più riacceso.
Si sente partire il lettore ma il bios non appare.
Ho istallato la versione 2.08.
Grazie in anticipo a chi mi potrà dare info in merito.

come mai hai aggiornato il BIOS?
Lo hai scaricato dal sito ufficiale?

Sul sito ufficiale vedo che riporta una nota importate:

1. Introduction


This package contains BIOS update files supporting BIOS Update
in DOS & Windows environment.

2. Preparation


2a) BIOS Update - DOS


After downloading the *.zip file containing the BIOS Update -
Admin Pack you need to extract all files of the DOS folder (\DOS)
to a e.g. FreeDOS bootable media (e.g. USB Memory Stick).

You can create a FreeDOS bootable USB Memory Stick using one of
the following links:


- Please make your selection according to the size of your
USB Memory Stick -

2b) BIOS Update - Windows

After downloading the *.zip file containing the
BIOS Update - Admin Pack you need to extract all files
of the Windows folder (\Windows) to any directory.

3. BIOS Update Procedure


Important notes:


- Make sure that an AC adapter and a charged battery pack is
connected to your system.
- You need to have administrator privileges to run the BIOS update
utility.
- First you need to suspend BitLocker encryption before updating
the BIOS on a computer that has BitLocker enabled.


Attention:


- Do not turn off or suspend the computer until the BIOS update
has been completed.



3a) BIOS Update - DOS


Run \DOS\DOSflash.bat to update your System BIOS in DOS
environment.


3b) BIOS Update - Windows:

Open a command prompt (cmd.exe) with administrator privileges.
Run \WINDOWS\WINflash.bat to update your System BIOS
in Windows environment.

4. BIOS Version History

Current BIOS V. 2.08:

Solved problems:

- Change Boot priority handling.
- Suppress ODD boot in BIOS boot menu when ODD boot device is disabled

Se avevi una versione che iniziava con 1.xx avresti dovuto installare questa:

Lo hai aggiornato da Windows o dal DOS ?


Se si accende qualche speranza di resuscitarlo forse ce l'hai.
Prova a fare un reset levando la batteria e l'alimentazione, poi tieni schiacciato il tasto di alimentazione per 30 secondi senza mai rilasciarlo, riconnetti la batteria, l'alimentatore e poi prova a vedere se parte.

scaricato da sito uifficiale pensando di migliorare le prestazioni del notebook installando Win 10 ...
non ricordo che cosa ci fosse prima se fosse così ho fatto un bel casino ...
aggiornato tramite windows ...
a dirla tutta qualche volta si è pur acceso 4/5 volte ma con difficoltà fino a che è morto completamente ...
c'è la possibilità di poter recuperare installando all'avvio tramite pen drive usb con la versione 1.14?

ciao, ci sarebbe la possibilità di flashare la versione corretta del BIOS ma non è così semplice.
personalmente non sono mai riuscito a sovrascrivere un BIOS corrotto, l'unica alternativa che conosco è rivolgerti ad un tecnico che andrà a riprogrammare il BIOS o, di solito è la soluzione più comune, dissaldare la vecchia EPROM e saldare una nuova EEPROM

Spesso per flashare forzatamente un chip serve la pinzetta con i pin da agganciare direttamente sul chip, dunque uno strumento hardware apposito.

uhm ok
speravo in qualcosa di più semplice del tipo caricare firmware su per usb e all'accensione con una combinazione di tasti riuscire ad entrare e sostituire ...

Purtroppo il tuo BIOS permette l'aggiornamento lato software o da Windows o dal DOS, siccome a quanto pare non ti parte proprio, se non l'accensione delle ventole, non saprei come procedere senza hardware. 🤔
