Devo acquistare un notebook, prevalentemente il mio uso si concreterebbe nella modellazione tridimensionale, soprattutto con rhinoceros e solidworks.
Avrei bisogno di un consiglio, in primis sulla scheda grafica, considerando che per il processore sono orientatata sull' i7 e la ram preferibilmente 8gb.

Sto prendendo in considerazione l'acquisto dell' asus g51jx con la seguente configurazione, è assurdo che prendo un computer spinto per gaming (considerando l'uso che dovrei farne) anche se in commercio mi sembra il più valido?

non è una scelta innaturale
nel senso che considerato che le workstation con GPU professionali costano molto e spesso hanno il medesimo core grafico usato dalle GPU per notebook consumer, le gamestation diventano una valida alternativa per chi fa CAD 3D
se vuoi risparmiare questo MSI dovrebbe venire leggermente meno (credo)

la scheda video è da gamer, pero' alla fine quello che va meglio per giocare 3D va meglio anche per modellare 3D

Ti dico preferirei assemblarmelo ma non gradisco troppo le schede video proposte da dell..
Non so se riesco a trovarlo anche in italia il g73, non prima di un paio di mesi almeno penso..
