ciao a tutti!
è da un pò che non mi si aggiorna più l'avira.. inspiegabilmente dato che non ho cambianto ne installato nuove applicazioni relative alla sicurezza del pc..

fin dall'installazione, molti mese fa, ha sempre convissuto perfettamente con il mio ad-aware anniversary edition (quello gratis).. ora non si aggiorna più.. ho bazzicato il forum ufficiale di avira e anche qualche altro in giro.. se ho ben capito non si aggiorna più a tanti.. potete aiutarmi a risolvere?

sul forum ufficiale il tizio dell'assistenza chiede il log dell'aggiornamento.. eccolo:

ma quella che mi hai linkato è la versione 9.0.0.14.. io ho la 9.0.0.407 (in inglese).. non è più recente la mia? :|

La versione che ti ha passato K88 è la più aggiornata. Tra l' altro è in Italiano.

Comunque anche io ho la versione precedente e il programma mi si aggiorna perfettamente. Non è che percaso ti è scaduta la licenza free e devi rinnovarla?

Nel pannelo di controllo la voce Avira Antivir Personal Free Antivirus deve essere contrassegnata di verde ed inoltre ovviamente la data Non deve essere precedente ad oggi 04.09.2009.

ragazzi ho disinstallato quello "vecchio" ed installato quello che mi avete consigliato, (che in effetti leggo essere più aggiornato), ma non va lo stesso..

Ma non è che hai qualche firewall che blocca la connessione?
Se la risposta è no prova a fare Start > Esegui e ad inserire:
[code:1]"C:\Programmi\Avira\AntiVir Desktop\update.exe" /DM="0" "/NOMESSAGEBOX"[/code:1]
